Customer Service Representative Position
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exemplary level of customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns and inquiries. This role is accountable for ensuring efficient customer service according to the company’s Customer Service Standards.
